Hello!
I've decided to start a blog to document some of the things i get up to in the kitchen as well as the occasional bit of nonsense that seems to spew from my mouth.
Abit of background on me, im 27 currently studying Patisserie at William Angliss in Melbourne. Im still at a point where I really dont know where this is going to take me, but i'll be doing something I love and am actually not to shabby at it!
